The 1st Biennale das Artes de Belém is an event that brings together music, dance, among other cultural manifestations, which is held from September 15 to 25. According to the Executive Superintendence of Urban Mobility of Belém (Semob), in addition to a staff of 36 agents designated to prohibit, direct and monitor traffic during the places where the cultural event takes place, care must be taken because the perimeters will be prohibited. :
The bans began on Thursday (15) and Friday (16), from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., on Avenida Enéas Pinheiro and Pedro Miranda. Next week, from September 20 to 25, this section will be closed from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Circulation guidance will be carried out from September 20 to 23. On September 20, it will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The other days, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
From September 21 to 24, in Ver-o-Rio, access to the street will be prohibited and route guidance will be available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
From 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on September 24, Avenida José Malcher, near Palacete Bolonha, will be closed.
Waldemar Henrique Square
Also on the 24th, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Avenida Assis de Vasconcelos, together with Rua Municipalidade, will be closed and will have traffic guidance, in order to ensure the safety of the unfolding of events on Praça Waldemar Henrique.
